Meet The Alliance TSP Team
Pat Schultz
Born and raised in rural northern Illinois, Pat grew up with 6 brothers and learned early the lessons of hard work and competition. His horticultural career began in high school working with a local nursery and transitioning into maintenance manager for the local school system. After obtaining a degree in Plant and Soil Science from Southern Illinois University in 1984, Pat ran 2 local greenhouse/nurseries and then moved to Atlanta in 1986. For 9 years he worked with Clark-Morrell/ The Morrell Group where he achieved the title of Vice President. In 1995 he started Perimeter Landscape Management, Inc., a full service commercial grounds maintenance company, which he grew to over 6 million dollars in annual revenue and 130 employees. Perimeter Landscape included 4 branches: Atlanta, Lake Oconee (Reynolds Lake Oconee, Del Webb, and Harbor Club), Augusta, and Columbia, SC. Pat sold Perimeter Landscape in 2016 and started Alliance TSP, Inc. with son Kyle, who is finishing his Air Force duties after 8 years of service.
Pat currently lives in Madison, GA with his wife Janet and son Tyler who is attending Morgan County High School. They also have a daughter Ali, who is married and owns Charcoal Lane, Inc., a successful interior design business. Ali and husband Jason have given Pat his first granddaughter, Lennon. Pat enjoys sports, reading, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Chris Chupp
Chris grew up in Newborn Georgia. After high school, he was interested in the lawn care industry and attended a grounds maintenance course at the University of Georgia. Upon completion, Chris and his brother started, owned and operated Servlawn, a lawn and landscape business which they ran for 12 years. Chris was then hired as an operations manager with The Morrell Group, a large commercial landscape maintenance company in Metro Atlanta. He spent 4 years at The Morrell Group and was then hired by Pat Schultz who, at the time, owned Perimeter Landscape Management. Chris worked with Pat at Perimeter Landscape for 17 years, first as a field manager in the Northwest Atlanta area and then as a Branch Manager at the Lake Oconee branch. Following the sale of Perimeter Landscape to Yellowstone Landscape in 2015, Chris stayed on as the Lake Oconee Branch Manager for 5 years.
In 2020, Chris and Pat reunited at Alliance TSP where he intends to finish his lawn care career. Chris brings with him many years of horticultural experience along with exceptional customer service skills! Chris loves to hunt and fish in his spare time. He and his wife Dodie, live in Newborn and have 4 children (2 sons and 2 daughters) along with 10 grandchildren.
