Pat Schultz – President
Born and raised in rural northern Illinois, Pat learned the values of hard work early on, growing up with six brothers. His career in horticulture began in high school, working with a local nursery and later becoming the maintenance manager for the local school system. After earning a degree in Plant and Soil Science from Southern Illinois University in 1984, Pat ran two local greenhouse/nurseries before moving to Atlanta in 1986. There, he worked for nine years with Clark-Morrell/The Morrell Group, eventually becoming Vice President. In 1995, Pat founded Perimeter Landscape Management, Inc., a full-service commercial grounds maintenance company. He grew the company to over $6 million in annual revenue and 130 employees, with branches in Atlanta, Lake Oconee, Augusta, and Columbia, SC. Pat sold Perimeter Landscape in 2016 and co-founded Alliance TSP with his son, Kyle.
Pat resides in Madison, GA, with Janet, his wife of 40 years. They have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Pat enjoys spending time with his family, sports, reading, and hunting.
Chris Chupp – VP of Operations
Chris, a Newborn, GA native, discovered his passion for the lawn care industry after high school and attended grounds maintenance training at the University of Georgia. He and his brother started their own lawn and landscape business, Servlawn, which they ran for 12 years. Chris then worked as an operations manager with The Morrell Group, a large commercial landscape maintenance company in Metro Atlanta, before joining Pat at Perimeter Landscape Management. Chris spent 17 years at Perimeter, first as a field manager in the Northwest Atlanta area and later as Branch Manager at the Lake Oconee branch. After the sale of Perimeter Landscape in 2015, Chris continued working with the Lake Oconee branch for five more years.
In 2020, Chris rejoined Pat at Alliance TSP, where he plans to continue his career. With years of experience and exceptional customer service skills, Chris is dedicated to providing the best for his clients. In his spare time, Chris enjoys hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Dodie, live in Newborn and have four children and ten grandchildren.
