Fescue aeration and overseeding: Fescue turf will be core aerated in the fall (September/October) and seeded with hybrid, turf type tall fescue.

Warm season aeration: Bermuda, zoysia, centipede, and St. Augustine will be aerated in the spring (May/June) with a core aerator. This process helps alleviate compaction, facilitates air and water movement into the soil, and prunes roots to promote branching and new growth.

Bermuda overseeding: Bermuda lawns will be overseeded with high quality perennial ryegrass in the fall (September/October). In order for this to be effective, the bermudagrass must be scalped (cut low to the ground) and all clippings removed.
